Current Footprint + Growth Opportunity

Own more online real estate.

This proposal introduces a digital growth concept I created and coined throughout my business: purchasing strategic online real estate through exact match domains, then building authentic satellite websites around the strongest keyword and market opportunities. Rather than leading with a redesign of every current property, the priority is to build new focused assets that can reach relevance faster, require less overall ranking budget, and continually feed qualified traffic back into White Saber.

The Concept I Created

Build a portfolio of online real estate around White Saber.

This is not primarily a proposal to remodel every current website. It is a proprietary growth approach I created and coined through my business: identify valuable market openings, acquire exact match domains around those openings, and build focused satellite sites that support the same company from multiple directions.

My Role in the Relationship

I absorb the development and hosting required to build the portfolio.

Instead of charging White Saber a separate development bill every time a promising domain or niche is identified, I digest the build cost and overall hosting within our monthly relationship. That allows us to move faster, test more intelligently, and position the business around opportunities without creating a new upfront expense every time we add an asset.

  • Exact match domain strategy and purchasing guidance
  • Custom satellite-site design and development
  • Hosting of the satellite-site portfolio
  • Search, AI, conversion, and local optimization
  • Monthly reporting, refinement, and expansion planning
The Six-Month Picture

A handful of focused websites revolving around one mission.

Six months from now, the goal is to have a controlled collection of focused websites surrounding and supporting White Saber's primary business online. Each property would target a different high-value search opportunity while maintaining the same company identity, contact information, reputation, and conversion path.

Diversified online real estate instead of dependence on one website Faster paths to relevance through focused exact match domains Lower overall ranking cost than attacking only broad vanity keywords More entry points for high-intent customers to discover White Saber Current website and digital properties nurtured, not unnecessarily rebuilt Existing ad spend and marketing refined around the strongest opportunities
Linear Game Plan

A step-by-step path that is easy to follow.

This is intentionally structured like a simple journey. The first month is used to identify the strongest low-hanging keyword and market segments. Then I secure the right domains, build the focused satellite properties, launch the ecosystem, and continue optimizing what proves it can gain traction.

Month 1 · Days 1 to 30

Identify the low-hanging fruit before spending energy anywhere else.

The entire first month is dedicated to understanding the current White Saber footprint and finding the keyword segments most likely to gain traction first. I research long-tail service and geographic searches, compare competition, search intent, click-through potential, and conversion value, then position the strategy around the strongest opportunities instead of chasing broad vanity keywords.

Phase 1 · Opportunity Research + Positioning
Low-hanging keyword discoveryFind under-served service and location searches that larger competitors may be overlooking.
High click-through positioningPrioritize searches with strong relevance and intent, where a focused result is more likely to earn the click.
Lower-volume, higher-value segmentsSmaller search volume is not a weakness when the audience is specific, qualified, and closer to taking action.
Competitive gap analysisCompare what currently ranks, identify weak pages, and find openings where White Saber can present a better answer.
G
Local market alignmentMatch services, geographic areas, Google Business signals, and citations around the same target segments.
Strategic positioning planFinish the month with a ranked list of opportunities, domain recommendations, and the segments we attack first.
Stage01
Stage02
Days 15 to 45

Purchase the exact match domains and build the satellite sites.

With my guidance, White Saber purchases strategic keyword-rich domains. I then build authentic satellite websites from scratch. The logo, business name, phone number, and contact information all remain White Saber, while each site is written and structured specifically for the niche represented by that domain.

Phase 2 · Build + Launch
Search opportunityA person searches a service and location, not necessarily “White Saber.”
Focused satellite siteA useful site answers that exact niche search with relevant content.
White Saber conversionThe focused property sends qualified visitors into the same trusted business.
0–5 initial sitesThe amount depends on the quality of the opportunities uncovered.
Brand stays consistentSame company identity, contact details, trust signals, and conversion path.
AI
Useful, not spammyEach site is genuinely relevant and designed for search engines and AI discovery.
Current Case Study

This exact approach is already working elsewhere.

I found low-hanging fruit for Stonewood Sales by identifying a niche keyword opportunity, advising on a strategic domain purchase, and building a focused site completely from scratch. It looks good, feels good, and speaks directly to that sub-segment while still feeding the same parent business.

Lower competitionFocused keyword niche.
Better relevanceBuilt around one segment.

Why this matters for White Saber.

  • The domain was purchased strategically through my counsel.
  • The site was built completely from scratch around that segment.
  • The business identity stayed aligned while the content became hyper-relevant to the niche.
  • The result is a cleaner path to rankings with less time, less budget, and a more diversified web portfolio.

Month 2 Forward

Monitor the portfolio, nurture the current footprint, and expand intelligently.

Once the assets are live, the relationship becomes a hands-on operating rhythm. I monitor traffic, rankings, click-through behavior, leads, and visibility across the satellite portfolio while continuing to nurture White Saber’s current website, Google Business presence, advertising, and existing marketing assets. The objective is not to rebuild everything for the sake of rebuilding it. It is to improve the current moving parts where they support the strategy, reduce wasted ad spend, strengthen conversion, and invest the most attention in the channels producing the strongest return.

Phase 4 · Ongoing Management
Monthly reportingTraffic, movement, findings, work completed, and recommended next steps.
Continuous refinementContent improvements, UX upgrades, technical corrections, and conversion updates.
Smart expansionAdd new sites or improve existing properties only when the data supports it.
What Success Looks Like

More ways to be discovered without diluting the White Saber brand.

The goal is not to create random websites. It is to build a controlled portfolio of focused assets that capture different searches, strengthen local authority, and continually lead people back to the same company.

🚀
Compete on narrower termsFocused sites can earn traction where broad websites struggle to establish relevance.
$
Spend more intelligentlyOwn durable search assets rather than relying only on paid visibility.
Diversify the portfolioCreate more entry points, more search data, and less dependence on one property.
Simple Investment Structure

No upfront development bill. One clear monthly relationship.

I am willing to absorb the upfront development cost as a friend, allowing us to begin with research and execution instead of a large standalone build invoice.

What I Am Absorbing

The upfront development and initial launch work.

This includes the research process, domain strategy, design direction, custom development, launch work, and the initial creation of up to five satellite properties based on what the opportunity research supports.

  • Full first-month keyword, competition, click-through, and segment opportunity research
  • Custom development from scratch
  • Brand-matched design and mobile experience
  • Initial technical SEO and AI-ready structure
  • Google Business and citation strategy
  • Monthly traffic and progress updates
Requested Monthly Relationship
$1,000
Projected monthly operating budget · three-month minimum evaluation window · no long-term contract to sign
First month dedicated to keyword opportunity research, segment selection, and positioning Minimum projected budget window of three months before the first full evaluation Soft verbal commitment requested for six months, ideally twelve months 0–5 satellite sites based on research and opportunity quality Hands-on monthly optimization, hosting, monitoring, and reporting Google Business, citation, advertising, and current-footprint support
Three-month review: At the end of the initial three-month period, we review what has been researched, built, launched, troubleshot, and learned. The relationship can then continue, adjust, or conclude without a long-term written contract.

Relationship, ownership, and control in plain language.

Clear from day one
Three months is the minimum projected budget window.

The initial three months give enough time to research the market, identify the strongest segments, secure domains, build assets, troubleshoot the ecosystem, and evaluate early positioning.

No long-term contract is required.

There is no six-month or one-year written contract to sign. I do ask for a soft verbal commitment of at least six months, and ideally one year, because this strategy becomes more valuable as the portfolio matures.

New satellite properties remain under my ownership while our paid relationship continues.

Any domain, satellite website, hosting environment, or related property that I identify, create, acquire, host, or maintain through this strategy remains owned and controlled by me while we maintain any paid relationship, even if the continuing amount is reduced to as little as $50 per month.

Your current properties remain entirely yours.

Nothing White Saber already owns or controls before this relationship becomes mine. Your current domains, websites, social accounts, advertising accounts, Google Business profile, content, customer data, and existing digital assets remain under White Saber ownership and control.

Important ownership distinction: This ownership structure applies only to the new satellite properties and supporting infrastructure created, acquired, hosted, or maintained through my counsel and development strategy. It does not grant me ownership of, or control over, any digital property White Saber already owns. If the paid relationship ends completely, the continued use, transfer, purchase, shutdown, or separation of the newly created satellite properties would be discussed and documented at that time.

There is a lot of opportunity in your market.

I would love to work with White Saber, build a focused digital portfolio around the brand, improve the design and experience of the properties we touch, and create a proactive growth system that becomes stronger month after month.
