CHENZO DESIGNS AUTOMATION FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES
STRAIGHT ANSWERS FIRST

PRACTICAL AUTOMATION FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES

LESS
BUSYWORK.
MORE SERVICE.

You do the work customers call for. I help the work around it run better.

I untangle the repeat work around every job—new inquiries, scheduling, estimates, updates, paperwork, payments, and handoffs—so you can spend more time on the service people actually value.

THE NO-SHACKLES START

The workflow analysis is complimentary. If I cannot map a practical solution I can build, the tab stays at $0. If I can, you see the plan, limits, one-time build price, and any outside software costs first. You choose yes, no, or not now.

SCREW THE DIGITAL CONSOLE. Want to do this old-school? Tap the button and your phone will open a message that says, “Vincenzo, I need a bot 🤖.”

POSSIBLE APPROACHNEW INQUIRIES

Keep new inquiries from falling through.

A workflow could capture the request, send a useful acknowledgement, alert the right person, and remind a human when a reply is due.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO SERVE PEOPLE

THE WORK AROUND THE JOB CAN RUN BETTER.

Your best work happens with customers—not while chasing forms, calendars, inboxes, and spreadsheets. A practical automation connects the tools you already use and moves routine steps forward.

The goal is not to replace the person. It is to protect the person’s time, keep promises from slipping, and leave judgment, care, and relationships where they belong.

SHOW ME WHERE THE WORK
GETS STUCK.

You do not need to diagnose it or name a tool. Just tell me how the work happens now.

    SHOW ME THE DRAG

Tell me what repeats, runs late, gets missed, or depends on someone remembering. Plain language is enough.

    YOUR PART: REAL-WORLD DETAILS
  2. 02

    I TRACE THE WORK

I look at the people, steps, and tools involved and map where automation could help without getting in the way.

    GET THE STRAIGHT ANSWER

If there is no worthwhile build, I say so. If there is, you get a clear recommendation, scope, and price.

    NEXT STEP: YOUR CHOICE

THIS FIRST STEP ENDS WITH A STRAIGHT ANSWER. Paid work happens only after a useful solution, a clear quote, and your yes.

ONE PERSON // NO RUNAROUNDYou deal directly with the person who analyzes, designs, and builds the workflow.

ONLY IF IT EARNS ITS KEEP

A CLEAR PRICE.
YOUR CHOICE.

The analysis costs you nothing. A paid build begins only if I find a useful solution, show you a defined scope and one-time price, and you approve it.

Say yes, no, or not now. Support after launch is optional. There is no long-term contract with me, and any outside software cost is disclosed before you decide.

  • Know what is being built
  • Know the price before work begins
  • Know any third-party cost
  • Keep ongoing support optional

WHAT KEEPS STEALING TIME
FROM THE REAL WORK?

Describe what starts the task, what happens now, and what you wish happened instead. No tech vocabulary, polished plan, or commitment required. Every field is optional.

A direct reply from the person who would design and build it. If there is no useful path, there is no invoice or obligation.

HOW SHOULD I REACH YOU?

Skip anything you do not want to answer. Include an email or phone number if you want a reply. Form details are processed by Formspree. Do not send passwords or sensitive information.

THE WHOLE DEAL

NO FINE-PRINT SURPRISES.

What does the initial analysis cost?

Nothing. I review the workflow and tell you whether I see a practical path. There is no charge for that analysis.

What if you cannot find a useful solution?

I tell you plainly, and you owe nothing. I will not force your problem into a product that does not fit.

What happens if you find a practical solution?

You receive the proposed approach, a defined scope, and a one-time build price. Nothing becomes paid work until you approve it.

Could the solution have outside software costs?

Possibly. If a useful build needs a third-party service, I show you that cost before you approve anything.

Will I be tied to a contract?

No long-term contract with me is required. Support after launch is available if you want it, not forced on you.

Is this about replacing people or spamming customers?

No. The goal is to remove repeat admin around the service—not the judgment, care, or relationships that make it valuable. Customer messages should be useful, expected, and controlled by rules you approve.

Do I need to know what kind of bot or software I need?

No. Tell me what keeps happening and where it breaks down. Choosing the right tool—or deciding no tool is needed—is part of my job.
