Built for the guy
who built me up.
Jay Scherr coaches business owners one on one in Flagler Beach and beyond, and hosts the Business Minds Coffee Chat podcast. He’s also been my mentor and friend for years. When he asked for a new site, I treated it like the most important project on my desk, because to me it was.

A mentor first. A client second.
Jay was one of the first people who took me seriously as a business owner. He’s the guy who asks the question you were avoiding, then sticks around to help you answer it. Over the years he’s been a mentor, a sounding board and a damn good friend.
He’s also one of the few people I know who has led from day one in everything he does. In business, in his community, on his show. So getting to build his home on the web? Honestly, an honor and a privilege.
“Do good work with good people.” Jay’s line. Also how this whole project went.
A great coach with a dated front door.
Jay’s old site was a WordPress build that had done its time. It didn’t show how he actually works: honest, direct, practical. The podcast player, guest invites, reviews and booking were scattered or buried, and none of it felt like the guy you meet in person.
The job: a site that feels like a real conversation with Jay. Clear on how he helps, proud of his show, and with a reason for a business owner to start talking today.

A free assessment that coaches you.
Jay handed me his Business Owner Growth Assessment as a Word doc. I turned it into a guided web app. Thirty honest statements across six areas, from Clarity and Mindset to Freedom and Fulfillment, scored with Jay’s own formula.
You get an instant report with a radar chart, your strengths, your biggest gaps and three moves for the next 30 days. Coach marks walk first-timers through every step, it saves as you go, and every finished assessment lands in Jay’s inbox so he can start the conversation.

A podcast page that runs itself.
Jay’s show sits in the top 1.5% of podcasts worldwide, so it got a page to match. New episodes pull straight from his YouTube channel on their own, with a backup source if the feed hiccups. There’s a built-in player to listen right on the page, real Apple Podcasts reviews, and a guest list of the voices he’s hosted.
His guest invitation page got rebuilt too, with his invite video and booking calendar, kept private for the people he invites.
Coaching that fits in your pocket.
Most owners find Jay from a referral text or a podcast episode, so the phone version got just as much love. A big Free Assessment button up top, a full menu that goes to real pages, large type and slow-motion clips from his brand film.
