Service · Mac, iPhone & Watch apps
Your whole day in one tap.
Email, leads, orders, messages, your calendar. I build custom apps that pull everything that needs you into one screen on your Mac, your iPhone and your Apple Watch. Built around how you actually work, not how some app store thinks you should.
- Mac desktop app
- iPhone app
- Apple Watch alerts
- Yours, no subscriptions to strangers

Try it right here
Make it yours. Go ahead.
This is a live demo with pretend alerts. Pick the apps you care about, pick a color, fire off an alert and swipe it away. Every app I build is shaped exactly like this: around you.
What lands on your screen
Your color
Hey, Boss.

All clear
Drag an alert to the left to clear it, like the real thing.
Built for me first
I got tired of nine apps yelling at me.
So I built my own. Handler is the app I use every day: one screen for my email, leads, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, texts, calendar and a verse to start the morning. I swipe away what's done and tell it what to do with the rest, from my desk, my phone or my wrist.
turns out other business owners want one too.
On your Mac
A desktop HQ with live alerts, dashboards and one-click actions that sits right next to your work.
On your iPhone
Your own app with your own icon. Swipe to clear, tap to answer, add a calendar event in two seconds.
On your Apple Watch
The stuff that matters taps your wrist. Dictate what you want done and keep walking.
What I can build you
Your workflow, automated.
Every business has a daily mess. Here's the kind of stuff I turn into a tap.
A lead alarm
New quote request? It hits your phone and wrist in seconds with the details, so you call first and win the job.
An inbox that works for you
Email sorted into what needs you, with replies drafted in your voice. Approve with one tap.
Orders and bookings at a glance
Sales, deposits and appointments from every channel on one live board.
Team alerts
The crew gets the job, the address and the notes on their watch. No more group-text chaos.
Mac menu-bar tools
The little buttons you wish existed: one click to invoice, post, back up or send the daily report.
Client portals
Your customers get their own app or portal for updates, files and payments, branded as you.
How it works
From chaos to calm in four moves.
Tell me your day
We walk through what you check, what you miss and what eats your time.
I map it out
You get a plan for what shows up where: Mac, iPhone, Watch, or all three.
I build it
Real native apps with your name and icon, installed privately on your devices.
It keeps getting better
As your business changes, I tune it. New alert, new button, done.
Fair questions
Before you ask.
Do I need to put my app in the App Store?
No. Your app is private and installs right on your own iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac. If you want your team or customers on it too, I can set that up.
What can it pull in?
Email, calendars, website forms, online orders, payments, reviews and most tools that offer a connection. Social apps like Facebook and WhatsApp can show your latest alerts at a glance; you still reply in their apps.
Is my data safe?
It stays yours. Your app talks to your own accounts with your own keys, and nothing gets sold or shared. I build it so you own it.
What if my team uses Android?
I can build the same thing as a web app that runs on any phone, with the Apple apps on top for the folks who have them.
How much does it cost?
Every build is different, so I scope it to what you actually need. Most start with a one-time build plus a monthly plan to keep it running and growing. Run the scope planner and I'll send a game plan the same day.
Your turn
Let's build your one tap.
Tell me what your day looks like. Four minutes on the scope planner and I'll send back a game plan the same day.
