Automation for service businesses
Less busywork.
More service.
You do the work customers call you for. I make the work around it run itself: new inquiries, scheduling, estimates, updates, paperwork, payments and handoffs.
Workflow check
What keeps stealing time?
Tap the closest match. You'll see one practical way that work could run on its own.
How it works
Show me where the work gets stuck.
You don't have to diagnose it or name a tool. Just tell me how the work happens now.
Show me the drag
Tell me what repeats, runs late, gets missed or depends on someone remembering. Plain English is plenty.
Your part: real-world detailsI trace the work
I look at the people, steps and tools involved, and map where automation helps without getting in the way.
My part: the analysisYou get a straight answer
If there's no worthwhile build, I say so. If there is, you get a clear recommendation, scope and price.
Next step: your callOnly if it earns its keep
A clear price. Your choice.
The analysis costs you nothing. A paid build only starts if I find a useful solution, show you the scope and a one-time price, and you say yes. No long-term contract with me, and any outside software cost is on the table before you decide.
Start with the workflow
Tell me what's eating your day.
What starts the task, what happens now, and what you wish happened instead. No tech words needed, and every field is optional.
Text instead 🤖chenzo@honesty.imThe whole deal
No fine-print surprises.
What does the workflow check cost?
Nothing. I review the workflow and tell you whether I see a practical path. No charge for that.
What if you can't find a useful solution?
I tell you plainly and you owe nothing. I won't force your problem into a product that doesn't fit.
What happens if you do find one?
You get the approach, a defined scope and a one-time build price. Nothing becomes paid work until you approve it.
Could there be outside software costs?
Possibly. If a build needs a third-party service, I show you that cost before you approve anything.
Am I tied to a contract?
No long-term contract with me. Support after launch is there if you want it, never forced on you.
Is this about replacing people or spamming customers?
No. The goal is to remove the repeat admin around the service, not the judgment, care or relationships that make it valuable. Customer messages stay useful, expected and controlled by rules you approve.
Do I need to know what bot or software I need?
Nope. Tell me what keeps happening and where it breaks. Picking the right tool, or deciding no tool is needed, is my job.
No shackles. Straight answers.
Let the robots do the boring part.
You keep the customers, the judgment and the good stuff. I'll handle the busywork around it.
Not just websites. Experiences.
