Ready when you are
Website Scope Builder

Let’s define exactly what the new Rozay Golf website needs.

No name, email, phone number, or generic contact questions. This round asks only for the design, content, functionality, migration, and launch decisions needed to create a clear website rebuild scope.

The ecommerce move is already part of the plan. Your current WooCommerce shop will be rebuilt in Shopify. This questionnaire helps decide what comes over, what gets improved, and how the new shopping experience should work.
Design Direction Brand, style, audience, and user journey.
Site Functionality Pages, booking, memberships, and integrations.
Shopify Migration Products, data, features, and store improvements.
The completed scorecard becomes the working brief Chenzo can use to define deliverables, responsibilities, functionality, and build priorities.
Hole One

What should the new website accomplish first?

Choose the number one result. We can support everything, but this tells me what should lead the experience.

Hole Two

How should Rozay feel online?

Pick up to three. This becomes the creative compass for colors, typography, photography, animation, and layout.

Choose up to three.

Hole Three

Who are we designing for?

Choose every audience that matters. The site can create different paths for different kinds of players.

Hole Four

What belongs on the new site?

Select the pages or sections you want. I will organize them into the clearest customer journey.

Hole Five

How should the club experience work online?

Choose the functions that matter. The goal is fewer dead ends and a smoother path from curiosity to action.

Hole Six

Let’s shape the Shopify migration.

WooCommerce to Shopify is already included. These answers define what data moves and what the new store should do better.

The current products, images, descriptions, pricing, variants, and categories will be reviewed before migration. Choose any additional information that should be preserved when technically available.

What should the new store include?

Hole Seven

What content do we already have?

Select what is ready. I can then see what needs to be created, rewritten, photographed, or collected.

Hole Eight

What does launch look like?

This helps me prioritize the build, content collection, Shopify setup, testing, and handoff.

An estimate is completely fine.
Hole Nine

What else should I know?

This is the place for bold ideas, current problems, future plans, nonnegotiables, or anything I did not ask.

Next, you will see a quick review of your answers before anything is submitted.
