Walk in alone. Leave knowing
someone. Online too.
Bridge & Bloom is a women's club in Greater Pittsburgh where wellness, workspace and community share one roof. Before the doors even opened, the website had to do the hard part: make a stranger feel like she already belonged.
- 4pillars: wellness, workspace, community, events
- 10pages in the sitemap
- 4parts of a club day

Not a gym, not a cowork, something warmer.
The trickiest thing about a new kind of club is explaining it. It isn't a gym, a coworking space or a networking group, but it borrows a little from each. Lists of amenities make it sound like all three and none of them.
So I wrote it as a day. Coffee and a quiet start, movement then focus, an unexpected conversation, an evening workshop. You picture yourself there before you've read a single price.
“People don't join a list of amenities. They join a place they can picture themselves in.”
What it is, in one line: a membership club site that sells belonging first and makes joining, touring and staying in touch easy.

A day at the club, no two alike.
The homepage moves from morning to evening, showing how one membership can be a reset, an office and a social life on different days. Forest green and soft blush keep it calm, never clinical.
It's elegant without being stuffy, which was the whole brief.

Founding members first
The site launched with a founding membership offer, giving early believers a clear reason to join before opening day.

Everything included, nothing confusing.
The membership page lays out what's actually included: red light therapy, massage chairs, a craft room, glam stations, remote work areas, kitchen access, game nights and more. Clear groups, plain words.
Ready to commit? There's an apply flow and a member account area. Not ready? Schedule a tour.

What's blooming, straight to your inbox.
A club lives on its calendar. The events page previews programming across wellness, workshops, social gatherings and conversation, and a 'What's Blooming' signup feeds a Mailchimp list.
So even before someone visits, she's hearing about the next craft night.

Tour booked between errands.
Most people find a club like this on Instagram, so the phone version had to be just as lovely. Membership details, events and the tour button all stack cleanly, with nothing cramped.

Before you ask me.
How do you explain a brand-new kind of business?
Show a day instead of a list. Bridge & Bloom's homepage walks through a member's day from morning coffee to evening workshops.
Can the site handle membership sign-ups?
Yes. Bridge & Bloom has an apply flow, a member account area and a schedule-a-tour path.
Can it collect emails before we open?
Yes. The club's 'What's Blooming' signup feeds a Mailchimp list for updates and launch news.
Do you build for businesses outside Florida?
Yes. I'm in Flagler County, and Bridge & Bloom is in Pittsburgh. Everything was done remotely.
Building a community people want in on?
