Sand, vows and an 8-step planner.
I said yes too.
Florida Beach & Custom Weddings plans ceremonies on the sand, from two-person elopements to Florida Keys destination celebrations. I built them a site that does part of the planning before anyone picks up the phone.
- 8step package builder
- 15destination guides
- 3Florida coastlines
Couples don't want a brochure. They want a starting point.
Most wedding sites throw a price list at you and say "call us." But couples planning a beach wedding have a hundred small questions: which beach, how many guests, what's included, what about the weather.
So instead of another pretty brochure, I built a guided planner that asks those questions one at a time and turns the answers into a personalized starting point.
“Planning a wedding is stressful enough. The website should feel like the calm friend who already thought of everything.”
What it is, in one line: a coastal wedding planning site where couples build their own package and send it in, in about two minutes.

Eight questions, one dream day.
The interactive package builder walks couples through eight friendly steps: the kind of celebration, a rough date, the guest count, which beach is calling, the experience level, the services to take off their plate, anything special, and how they'd like to be contacted.
The copy stays warm the whole way through. There's no wrong answer, only theirs. At the end it lands with the team as a ready-to-quote inquiry.
- 8-step guided package builder
- Gulf, Atlantic and Keys options
- Pick-your-services checklist
- Text, phone or email preference
- Lands as a ready-to-quote inquiry
Built for AI search, too
The site ships with an llms.txt that maps every package, guide and location page, so AI assistants can point couples to the right answer.

From barefoot elopements to two-venue nights.
Packages run from essential beach ceremonies with a pre-decorated floral or octagon arch, up to all-inclusive days with florals, photography and permitting handled, and a two-venue beach-to-ballroom experience.
Tap any package and a detail panel opens with everything inside it, so couples compare without hunting. Add-ons let them personalize from there, and a new rentals section shows off custom arches and a chuppah.
- Elopement and micro wedding options
- All-inclusive packages
- Florida Keys destination package
- Clickable package detail panels
- Wedding and event rentals

Fifteen beaches, zero guesswork.
A location hub covers fifteen Gulf Coast, Atlantic Coast and Florida Keys wedding spots, from Clearwater Beach and Siesta Key to Naples and Anna Maria Island. Each guide helps couples picture their spot before they commit.
A blog with fifteen planning and destination guides backs it up, and a FAQ handles the permit and weather questions everybody asks.
- 15 destination guides
- 15 planning blog posts
- Permit and weather FAQ
- Gallery of beach ceremonies
Plan the whole thing on a lunch break.
Engaged couples plan from the couch and the break room. The planner runs one question per screen with big tap targets, and the package panels close with a tap or the Esc key on desktop.
By the time they put the phone down, the inquiry is already sitting with the planner.

The stuff you don’t see (but would miss).

Fifteen destination pages give search engines a real page for each beach couples search for.
Sitemap and canonicals
A sitemap.xml and clean page titles keep every guide and package indexable.
Share card
A designed social preview so links sent to the wedding party look polished.
Fast, light build
A static React build that loads quickly on phones, gallery included.
Before you ask me.
Can a wedding site include an interactive package builder?
Yes. This one walks couples through eight steps and sends a complete inquiry, so the planner starts the conversation already knowing the basics.
Do location pages actually help a wedding business?
They give couples, search engines and AI tools a specific page for each beach. This build has fifteen of them across three coastlines.
Can packages be updated or added later?
Yes. I added a wedding and event rentals section after launch, and packages and photos can be swapped as the business grows.
How do inquiries reach the business?
Planner submissions go through a form service to the business inbox, with the couple's preferred contact method included.
