Forty years of wiring Flagler. Finally online like it.
Palmetto Electric has been the family electrician out of Bunnell since 1985. Homes, businesses, whole house generators, Control4 smart homes, the works. Their website just hadn’t gotten the memo. So we rewired it.
A 40 year reputation on an old template.
Ask around Flagler County and people know Palmetto. Ask Google and you got an aging Wix site that undersold almost everything they do. The generator work, the Control4 installs, the low voltage and the commercial jobs were either buried or missing.
And the people who need an electrician are usually on a phone, sometimes in the dark, sometimes with a panel making a noise it shouldn’t. They need to know three things fast: do you do this, are you licensed, and how do I reach you.
The job: make the website as solid as the company. Every service explained, every town named, a quote one tap away.

Every service gets its moment.
Sixteen services, from panel upgrades and home rewiring to EV chargers, pool and spa wiring, parking lot lighting and insurance 4-point corrections. Each one says what it is in plain words, no electrician dictionary required.
The big hitters get their own sections. The Generator Division covers whole house and commercial generators, transfer switches and consultations, because in Florida “storm ready” isn’t a slogan, it’s August.
- Residential, commercial and new construction
- Generators sized and installed for Florida storms
- 24/7 emergency banner with a tap-to-call number

Control4 and low voltage, finally on display.
Most folks had no idea their electrician also does luxury smart homes. Now there’s a whole section for Control4 automation, smart lighting, home theater, multi-room audio and whole home integration.
Right below it, low voltage gets its due: structured cabling, networking, security cameras, access control and AV systems for homes and businesses. Same crew, a lot more range than people knew.
The causes they plug into.
This is the part I’m proudest of. Family owned since 1985 means the neighbors are family too, so the site gives their community work a real section instead of a footnote. Tap a cause and it opens their site.

A quote is never more than a tap away.
“Request A Quote” lives in the header, the hero, a floating button on desktop and the bottom bar on phones. Wherever you are on the page, it pops open right there: name, email, optional phone, pick a service, tell them about the job. Done.
Hiring got the same treatment. There’s a Join Our Team section with a real employment application, plus their partnership with the Mid Florida Electrical Apprenticeship Program for the next generation of electricians.
Built for the guy standing by the breaker.
Phones got as much love as desktop. Big type, a Call and Quote bar pinned to the bottom of the screen, the emergency line up top, and every service and town readable with one thumb.
