Partnership Terms
The website development investment is significantly reduced to help launch a student created business.
The ongoing monthly partnership supports hosting, maintenance, updates, search engine optimization and AI search optimization.
If the monthly partnership is discontinued the website ownership and underlying development remain the property of ChenzoDesigns.com unless a buyout agreement is reached.
Because the build investment is absorbed and the monthly cost is intentionally kept digestible for a startup brand this partnership may also include a small equity participation or revenue share relationship as the business grows.
A buyout option may be exercised in the future to transfer full ownership if both parties agree.
